Anglian Water Upgrades Water Recycling Centres in East Harling

Anglian Water has invested approximately £4m to protect rivers in East Harling, between Thetford and Diss, and Great Waldringfield, near Sudbury in the region of Suffolk and south Norfolk.

The water authority said that the upgrades will include new equipment that will remove phosphorous from wastewater in order to improve water quality in surrounding rivers. This new investment follows the £1.9m invested into Sudbury’s water recycling centre to protect the River Stour, along with upgrades at the facility in Steeple Bumpstead.
